Ronald C. Smith began his real estate career in 1982 as a broker and then soon as an investor. He then set up Sundance Development in 1990 and has since then been involved in various investment ventures and projects, including analyzing, financing, and funding various real estate endeavors with strong growth potential.

Today, under Ronald C. Smith’s leadership, the Sundance Development Group continues to be active as a key player in the Northern California and Nevada markets and one of the industry’s top-of-mind brands when it comes to self-storage development.
